- Three things: AI Servicedesk quota, onsite visit count, and service window. Lite and Standard are remote-first; Pro adds quarterly inspections; Business adds 24/7 response and unlimited onsite; Enterprise adds server, cloud and offsite backup support.
- Can I add extra services?
- Yes. Common add-ons: extra office ¥200/mo per site, quarterly onsite inspection ¥300/visit, dedicated interface engineer ¥500/mo, 24/7 remote support ¥400/mo, production environment support ¥800/mo. Cross-border offices are quoted separately.
- What's the contract term? Can I pay monthly?
- Standard term is 12 months, with monthly or annual payment. Annual payment gets a discount — confirm details during consultation. First-time customers can start with a free trial before signing.
- What's included in the price? What costs extra?
- The monthly fee covers everything in your tier (AI Servicedesk, remote support, onsite visits, inspections). Anything beyond the tier is billed at add-on rates — no hidden fees. Hardware purchases and third-party software licenses are not included.
