Step 1: Submit a request Fill in your company details and current IT pain points. The information is used only to arrange service.
Step 2: Health check Within 48 hours an engineer schedules a time, performs a remote health check and delivers an assessment report.
Step 3: Trial activation After the health check we activate your AI Servicedesk account so you and your team can start using it.
Step 4: Trial evaluation During the 14-day trial you can ask questions at any time, submit issues and review how tickets are handled.
Step 5: Decide whether to sign Before the trial ends we recommend a plan. If it fits, sign a contract; if not, service ends automatically at no cost.

- Can I experience the AI Servicedesk during the trial?
- Yes. The full AI Servicedesk is open during the trial — AI responses, ticket generation, knowledge base lookup. You can have your team submit real issues and see how AI and engineers handle them.
- What if the trial isn't a good fit?
- Just let us know. Service ends automatically with no charge. Any data generated during the trial can be exported anytime, and we'll delete it as agreed.
